Role and Responsibility: - Responsible for end to end ticket handling process as per guidelines
- Should adhere to Turn Around Time (TAT) for the tickets coming in Queue
- Must provide necessary support to colleagues during critical support situations
- Must contribute continuous improvement ideas for improving efficiency and overall team work
- Must review all internal process documents
- Need to work in various shifts to ensure timely support to customers
- Should have effective communication and rapport with all stakeholders
- Must adhere to defined company policies, values and code of conduct
- Must follow way of working that complies with Audit requirements

Competencies and Skills Required: IT skills - Must have worked on Order Management, Shipping and Pricing functions.
- Must have good customization knowledge of SD module.
- Must have knowledge on Order processing, Delivery and Billing processes
- Good understanding on integration with FICO, MM, WM, PP, VC, QM
- Good to have good understanding on Logistics execution process
- Good to have knowledge on Output Determination, Inventory Postings, STOs, HUM’s, Batch jobs
- Good to have knowledge of user exists and developments related to customer specific needs i.e. preparing FS document, testing, training to users and process of ChaRM.
- Good to have knowledge about ITIL and Solution Manager
- Good to have earlier exposure on 1 or 2 Implementation / Upgrade / Rollout projects
General skills - Good presentation and communication skills
- Good English language skills – verbal, written
- Customer oriented approach to ensure SAP end-user satisfaction
- Excellent inter-personnel skills with a proven ability to work independently and also in team environment as per situation
- Willing to travel based on organizational needs
- Willing to work in shifts / on-call when necessary
- Must have Bachelors or Master’s Degree in relevant field.
- SAP SD Certified would be an added advantage.
